How long does delivery take?
We deliver orders within the following timeframes:
- United Kingdom (UK): 3 to 8 business days (including handling and transit)
What is the order processing time?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Edinburgh, London are processed on the next business day.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
What if my parcel is damaged?
