This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Nexfeeds Ltd for delivery within the United Kingdom (UK).

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy, including delivery timelines, handling procedures, and shipping conditions.

2. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

Handling Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time

  • United Kingdom (UK): 2 to 5 business days

Total Delivery Time (Handling + Transit)

  • United Kingdom (UK): 3 to 8 business days

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Edinburgh, London will be processed on the next business day.

3. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work with reliable international and domestic carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • DHL Express
  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • OSM / Standard Mail Services

The carrier is selected based on location, delivery speed, and availability.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Orders over £225 qualify for free shipping. Orders below £225 are subject to a £25 shipping fee.

No hidden charges are added by Nexfeeds Ltd.

5. TAXES & IMPORT DUTIES

  • United Kingdom (UK): Prices include applicable VAT. Customers are not charged additional UK VAT at delivery.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use it to track your shipment in real time.

7. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

We will try to update your details before shipment.

8. INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a parcel is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs
  • Please double-check all details before placing your order

9. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy.

10. DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Refuse delivery if damage is visible at arrival
  • Or contact us immediately with clear photos if already delivered
